More than 40 acres of the Crossett Industrial Park is considered a Competitive Community Initiative Designated site. You can watch the video of the site here. To achieve this designation, the entire community had to participate in effort and demonstrate coordination, engagement and a willingness to grow Crossett! Crossett Industrial Park
Crossett is proud to have one of the best, "shovel-ready" industrial parks in the southeast region of the United States. The park boasts, water, sewer, gas,electrical connectivity, rail siding. The land has a less than 3% grade, meaning it is virtually flat. The economic development board owns approximately 60 acres, with an additional 700 available and adjacent to the park. The park has multiple points of access to U. S. 82, and is only 55 minutes from Interstate 20.

Each section of the Industrial Park is divided by hard-surfaced industrial roads. The pink section is approximate 12 acres, the blue section is approximately 16 acres and the yellow section is approximately 40 acres. East of the yellow section is approximately 700 acres available for development.
